Getting Started: Visual Studio

Disclaimer

KENS under Windows native environment is unstable. Please, test your source codes in a different environment before submitting.

Prerequisites

• Install Visual Studio 2019. Other versions are not tested.
• Install "Desktop development with C++" (including "C++ CMake tools for Windows") workload using Visual Studio Installer.

Project setup

1. Download and extract latest version.
2. Open extracted folder via "Open a local folder"

3. Right click CMakeLists.txt and "Generate Cache"

4. Project setup complete

Build and run

1. Select target to run

2. Build and run selected target.

Debugging

1. Go to TCPAssignment.cpp and add a breakpoint

2. Build and run debugger
