BUG: No support for .svg, .avif .jxl .bmp .exr .psd .jfif. Add support for most of the file formats

What happened?

How to reproduce

1. Make a folder full of mentioned images formats
2. Upload it to pictopy
3. Turn on AI tagging
4. Go to home -> It will not show these image formats

Similar to issue #973 but this time for these formats

I’ve reviewed this issue and would like to work on it.

Proposed approach:

• Extend the supported image format list to include .svg, .avif, .jxl, .bmp, .exr, .psd, and .jfif.
• Ensure proper decoding/loader support for modern formats like .avif and .jxl.
• For formats with limited native preview support (e.g. .psd, .exr), generate and display fallback thumbnails.
• Pass all newly supported formats through the existing AI tagging and preprocessing pipeline.
