Feat: there's no functionality to allow users to delete their profile and reset the app state

Describe the feature

It would be a good and handy feature to have a "Delete User" button in the settings.

The idea is to let users completely wipe the slate clean, remove the profile, preferences, and all folders.

After deleting, the app should reset and take us back to the initial onboarding screen, just like a fresh install.

This would be super handy for anyone wanting to start over from scratch!

Will greatly enhance the dev experience as well, as I needed this functionality to test the onboarding page for a bug.
