Changes to Appwrite Relationships cause critical bugs

🐛 Describe the bug

With the release of Appwrite v1.8.0, the default behavior or relationships changed, such that Relationship fields were no longer fetched by default when related documents were fetched. This has caused the current prod version of Resonate to break, as we upgraded to Appwrite SDK v17.x .

Following the new documentation, it is required to modify the fetching behavior so that Relationship fields are fetched when required.
