Change CLI access for Content Promotion to a direct libostree access #15

A remaining requirement from #12.
The content promotion in cpplibostree::OSTreeRepo::parseCommitsRecursive should also be changed to a direct libostree access (as with the rest), although it might be a bigger change, as the cpplibostree does not implement write-access to an OSTree Repository, yet.
