由Mysql版本的sql转化而来，适用于oracle 12c，其他版本没有测试
Navicat可以实现数据库导出为其他数据库格式的sql脚本 具体操作： 工具 --> 数据传输 --> 右侧目标选"文件"，sql格式中选择需要导出的数据库格式即可。
