Feature Request: Custom Lead Time Offsets for Public Holidays #4

Dear Team,
Problem
The current lead time module does not allow us to define public holidays or special non-working days. As a result, the shop may display inaccurate delivery estimates on holidays or during bridge days (e.g., between Christmas and New Year).
Requested Functionality
Extend the module with:
- A dedicated field for each public holiday, configurable on a yearly basis
- The ability to assign a custom lead time offset per holiday (e.g., +1 day, +2 days)
Expected Behavior
The system automatically includes all defined holidays and exception days in lead time calculations. The shop will therefore display accurate and reliable delivery estimates, even during special calendar periods.
