docs(sbsa): Update SBSA testcase checklist entries

- Replace "Not Covered" RAS FR entries with implemented tests
- Add tests 1216 and 1217 for FEAT_RASSA_RV and DFI/CED
- Add test 1218 for containable device error data abort
