Config Wizard does not find values

Config Wizard cannot map valid values to a list. Test File: zephyr+B-L475-IOT01A.zip

Expected behavior

For example

TRACED0: value 0x00040003 should map to "Pin PE3"

To Reproduce

Open attached file an observe the TPIU Pin Routing values

The underlying problem seems to be the handling of leading zeros when doing the reading/matching.
When you remove the leading zeros from the annotation, the drop down starts to work (workaround).
