How to open RTT interface

After selecting Telnet here, can I directly open the SEGGER RTT display interface in VSCode?

RTT is not yet enabled, but we will work on that feature too.

@arneschmid is it possible to open the Telnet menu feature when a user just enables the Telnet checkbox. Some users may miss that there are additional features that can be selected
