Description:
Implement the platform_comm node to manage all communication with the external platform. It will subscribe to QR code data and send it to the platform, as well as receive faulty turbine IDs.
Tasks:
- Subscribe to
/qrcode/datatopic to receive QR code data. - Implement communication logic to send QR data to the platform.
- Implement logic to receive turbine fault IDs from the platform and publish them on
/platform/faulty_turbine_id. - Publish faulty turbine IDs received from the platform on the
/platform/faulty_turbine_idtopic.
