Latex rendering issue in lesson 05

I don't know why nbviewer does not like it because locally it renders nicely. Any insights appreciated.

It's now https://github.com/ASU-CompMethodsPhysics-PHY494/PHY494-resources/blob/master/08_errors/08-errors.ipynb and the MathJax LaTeX is still not rendering in the GitHub nb viewer (but it is fine locally in Jupyter)
