Bug: User Authentication Issue

Description

Users who fail to verify their email right after signing up get locked out of the system.
If they go to the sign up page, they can't sign up with the same email because it already exists in the system.
If they go to the sign in page, they can't sign in because the email was never verified.

Recreate

1. Go to the sign up page and sign with a new email.
2. When asked to verify your email, don't, reload the page.
3. Good luck trying to sign up or sign in with the same email.

Solution

Allow users with unverified emails to sign in. But add a popup on the homescreen to request email validation before they can remediate anything.
