Need a contributor to re-open an unsolved issue that was closed by mistake

Hello, it seems that the user @ClashSAN has closed an unsolved issue a few days ago without explanation, and hasn't been answering multiple requests to re-open it.
This is the issue in question: #910

It isn't the first time this happens, though he used to re-opened the issues on request in the past, but it looks like things are going differently this time, and since I'm not a contributor I can't re-open it myself, what I could do is re-post the same thing again, but I don't think that's ideal so I'd appreciate it if someone else who is allowed could re-open it instead.
