M2 macos python3.10 quits unexpectedly after hitting "generate" on webui A1111

python quit unexpectedly after hitting generate in SD webui which renders me not able to generate anything.

my phython version is 3.10.10

macos m2chip ventura 13.2.1

teminal gives me this when python quits:

I've had the same issue, with the same terminal output. Has anyone managed to solve this?
