OSError: [WinError 126] The specified module could not be found. Error loading " G:\SDstuff\stable-diffusion-webui\venv\lib\site-packages\torch\lib\cudart64_110. dll" or one of its dependencies.

When installing on a fresh installation of windows, I get the following error:

OSError: [WinError 126] The specified module could not be found. Error loading "
G:\SDstuff\stable-diffusion-webui\venv\lib\site-packages\torch\lib\cudart64_110.
dll" or one of its dependencies.

I have the latest CUDA drivers installed, and I am running a GTX 1080.
I have tried deleting the venv folder, and completely reinstalling AUTOMATIC1111, but neither fixed this issue.

Where should I start troubleshooting further? I know this is not too much to go on, but if there is any more info I should provide I will provide it.

I solve it with the install of https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
