Webui-user.bat won't start

A1111 used to run perfectly but one day my computer crashed and now every time I try to run it, it immediately crashes/closes. No errors or anything, it just immediately closes and I have no idea how to find out why or fix it

Type cmd in the address bar to open the console, run webui-user.bat, you can see the output.

I got the exact same issue.

• Windows 11 Pro (10.0.22631 Build 22631)
• Python 3.10.6 (set globally using pyenv)
• Not running as administrator
• Git is installed

Even downloading the latest A1111 version will give the same issue. Definitely I don't understand what's wrong, after a month or two of non-usage I wake up today with this non-sense.

If anybody has an hint, feel free to contribute.
