Help with Stable Diffusion Web UI running on LAN (can't access from other devices)

Added --listen in launch arguments. But, the web UI isn't accessible from other devices. What am I doing wrong? What's also weird is that, putting the ip address:port on the host machine works, like this,

Which means this should work on other devices on the network too! Other similar services that run on lan (like EMBY) works fine. Help appreciated, thanks.

Do you have any firewalls installed? What OS?

Windows 10. Windows defender firewall is running but I have already put the port as an exclusion.

Another option would be to use --share. May be slower, depending on your internet connection.

Yes I did. Still only works on host machine.
Edit: I have a good internet connection, but I couldn't find a proper tutorial on setting up a permanent link for accessing the web ui over the internet.

I don't think you can have a permanent URL with --share. The alternative is to use ngrok, or use --listen (assuming it works) and forward the port on your router, then use your public IP. But then your public IP may not be permanent either, in which case you could use DDNS.

I also can't connect over lan. both machines arch linux. no firewalls involved.
