Tidy Up Models in The Extra Network tab

I categorize my LORA, checkpoint and other model in different folders,
I do have an idea that we can make the interface simpler by showing only the folders directly under the directory "stable-diffusion-webui\models[Lora" instead of showing all the models at once.

User choose specific folder they need to see what model is under this category.
of course, the "ALL" option show all the models as it is now.
