This is a brand new merging tool. It is not a webui extension as it's meant to be lower-level package. That is, you can embed it in your extension, just import sd_meh and use it (as we do now in the bayesian-merger)

You can install it as pip install sd-meh and we have a list of merging methods in the Wiki
