Thank you for your kind words and advice. I'll see if I can get some help over on Discord. And I cannot mention this enough: I am very thankful for all the hard work being doen here. I think Auto1111 should apply for GitHub Sponsoring. It would probably help on a finacial aspect without having to work with big sponsors/companies. |

Auto1111 is fun and powerful but sadly the latest releases have too many bugs preventing me from using the most basic features.
At this moment there are too many bugs to even look through and decide if it makes sense to open another ticket trying to describe something that is so hard to even comprehend and explain.
I understand that this is hard work and I really apprechiate all the work that is going into the development of this app but all this work is useless if the app does not work. I would love to help but sadly I don't know python and wouldn't even know where to start.
One day your model works, then you close tha app and the next time you open it nothing works. Sounds like some serious bugs need to be taken care of.
I understand that the preferred hardware is Windows with a Nvidia GPU.
Well, that is exactly what I use so it is even more discouragiong when things just don't work.
I've tried a fresh install without any additional extensions/embeddings/models and still notice several bugs that make this app nearly unusable at the latest release tags. Right now the only option seems to be to jump commit to commit to find the latest working one.
Many tickets have hundreds of comments without a solution and most tickets are just sit there uncommented for weeks or months.
I suggest to get someone dedicated to track issues and make sure the basic features work as intended. Set your priorities and invest in some good tests. Auto1111 needs some cleanup, issues just keep stacking.
Try to get some sponsors or do something else to get more skilled developers on board.
Thank you for reading this rant (it's not a rant, it's just something that concerns me quite a bit lately)
