SD webui new extension - Txt/Img to 3D model

I just created a new extension, Txt/Img to 3D model, that allow you to generate 3D model from txt or image, basing on OpenAI Shap-E.

Or you can install from webui inside, it is already included in the extension index.

Key features: integrated OpenAI Shap-E in your webui and be able to generate 3D model by txt or image.
