Transparency Color Conversion Issue

In img2img, why do PNG images with transparent channels convert transparent parts to black, while in batch mode, they are converted to white?
I remember in Jan, in batch mode, they were still converted to black.

I think thiere a setting
With img2img, fill image's transparent parts with this color.

Yeah, I mean I was white with this setting, but it only work in img2img batch mode, if I work on 1 png, it was still converted to black.

I think I might have remembered what caused the issue
if I remember correctly, there was a PR that strip out the alpha channel
in the normal (non batch) img2img pipeline
this may be considered a bug
