DDPM as a sampler in Auto1111?

Is there a way to incorporate the DDPM diffuser as a sampler in Auto1111? It is integrated into EasyDiffusion, but ED severely lacks in features compared to Auto1111, and for my prompting style I consider DDPM to be far superior to any other sampler. Should I make a feature request?

Have you tried dpm++ 2m? IMO, It's got the best speed/quality balance.
What do you mean with "my prompting style"? I fail to see how a different sampler would be affected by that, most differences in samplers appear at low steps, they should all converge at some point after 40-60 steps (depending on the sampler, ancestral samplers like Euler a do their own weirdo thing).

A user on another forum has enlightened me on some specific information regarding DDPM and DDIM, and I realize I was wanting DDPM for the wrong reason.

However, I still think there needs to at least be something searchable on DDPM in A1111, so I'll leave this question open until someone can possibly find an answer.

I agree, DDPM has some interesting features even though it isn't the best. It's available in InvokeAI.

Any reason it hasn't been added yet? I enjoyed using this in SD.Next, it really had a unique flavour.
