[Question] What is NGMS ?

I can barely find any mention of it anywhere, even in the Issues tab/channel/page.
I just noticed only now that parameter in all my recent images, when I import for remaking it's set as an override but it's nowhere in the UI, not even in the settings... Help ? What is this o_o
