WTF is ip_pytorch_model.bin?

I loaded an SDXL model which was saved as bf16, and for some reason it just downloaded a 10 GB model of some kind as named above. My BF16 model loads fine in Invoke and Comfy with no additional model needed. What's going on here?

The reason is that SDXL uses a larger OpenCLIP model, specifically the ViT-bigG-14-laion2b_s39b_b160k, which is approximately 10g in size.
