Multi User Support (Extension?)

So I found this for a queue system

Looks good

Now I just need a system for user/account management
This would allow multiple users to use the same instance without confliction.

And if implemented correctly, even user privacy can be respected.

Maybe something already exists and I just can't find it.

But here is a post anyways. To either find existing system or to create a new one. Hoping this can be done with an extension.
