Found this by searching for "oneDNN custom operations are on" Today cleanly reinstalled Windows and installed SD webUI and for the first time I see this in terminal output:

there's somehow an error in one of your
backup configs
the easy fix would be to delete everything in your
stable-diffusion-webui\config_states
or you can try and find out which file is corrupted and remove that one or fix it if you know how to
I'm working on the fix so that in the future if a
backup configs
is corrupted for whatever reason the webui I will still launch
