SDW start failed because of JSONDecodeError

Hi there,
Today, I started my SDW and encountered an error. I tried the following methods, but none of them worked:

I deleted the cache.json, config.json, and ui-config.json files in the SDW directory.
I deleted the ~/.cache/huggingface/hub folder in my home directory.
I removed all extensions in the SDW directory.
Could anyone please assist me?

there's somehow an error in one of your backup configs
the easy fix would be to delete everything in your stable-diffusion-webui\config_states
or you can try and find out which file is corrupted and remove that one or fix it if you know how to

I'm working on the fix so that in the future if a backup configs is corrupted for whatever reason the webui I will still launch

Update: I forgot to install CUDA Toolkit. Looks like it causes this output
Still have it. How to solve it?
