1.6.0 Update Issue: drop-down boxes won't stay open

Hello, the git pull in my webui-user.bat file updated Automatic1111 to 1.6.0. Now, NONE of the drop-down boxes will stay open long enough for me to select an option (i.e., the Checkpoint drop-down, VAE dropdown, etc.).

They drop down, then immediately close, making it impossible to select an option from the drop-down. I have found a work-around: highlight the current selected option with the cursor, then overwrite it with a single character (i.e., an "a"). This opens the drop-down, and it stays open until I select an option.

Is this a known issue? How can I fix this?

note I wasn't able to replicate the behavior he's experiencing so I expecting that the root cause is something else
but likely it's caused by some extension so I will first try disabling or extensions and if that doesn't help try a fresh install

I have the exact opposite problem; they won't close once I select a checkpoint. This is true for checkpoints, VAE, samplers, etc. I have to click on some empty space in order to close the list.

Also, typing in one to search is problematic since I now have to delete all the text of the currently selected model first. Previously, I could just start typing at any time when the list was open and it would filter the results immediately. Now it requires that extra step of deleting.
