You can start by trying to add in the negative prompt: NSFW

Put everything you don't want to see in the negative prompt
And avoid checkpoint trained with lot of NSFW content ^^

Switch to SD 2.1 or SDXL. You have to work harder to get good pictures (i.e. nsfw) with those models!
