What happened?

I just deleted a lora after installing the civitai extension, and I get this error afterwards every time I opened it. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, python and SD included and for some reason I noticed this thing showing up, despite no longer even having the civitai extension anymore.

For some reason it doesn't affect me from generating anything at all.

Any clue what happened?
