Rearrange the order of values of X/Y/Z

"Drag and move" could be an easy way to rearrange those values in X/Y/Z plot.

"Swap" axis isn't my intent. My idea is to customize their internal order of X/Y/Z values. As with similar methods on other webpages, grabbing one of them and dragging, would be an easy way.

Switch to CSV mode, copy the list, re-arrange it and paste it back in.

Tried it and found it a bit cumbersome and complicated, not user-friendly.

You mean, it's less cumbersome to re-arrange buttons each time you restart WebUI?
With the CSV approach, you can at least save your custom order as an txt file and re-use it via copy&paste quickly.
