Add support for DISPLAY NAME from the meta data or JSON File

So apparently its using "ss_output_name": "add_saturation", to display in the extra networks, but as the file has support for several extra fields that we could be using such as

"ssmd_author": "ITvovTI",
"ssmd_display_name": "Saturation Tweaker",
which are available to edit when you have the sd-webui-additional-networks extension installed.
This should be added as an editable field in the JSON file,
Then we won't have to change filenames to try and sort LORAS/ Checkpoints, so I can have "Vintage Photo Style" in my LORA gallery, vs "老照片", and not have to rename the Lora file, the preview file name, the json, and the metadata.info file.
