Img2img won't work even on a fresh install.

Sorry for posting here, but after two days and no help, I decided to try here. It used to be that img2img worked fine before, but now it won't...no matter what I do. For more in-depth information go here:

I can't think of anything I'm not doing...I'm as barebones as it get's, and I even ran activate on the new version I installed, and even that didn't help. It's got to be something, but I'm not sure what.
