Error Message trying to install

Hello,

Apologies, I'm new to programming and github. I have a Radeon RX 570 Series GPU with 8.0 GB Dedicated GPU memory.

I'm getting the following error message after installation:

After searching I have tried adding the following to the launch.py at line 15:
commandline_args = os.environ.get('COMMANDLINE_ARGS', "--skip-torch-cuda-test")

I then get this error message:

Not sure what to try next. Any help is appreciated.

Undo that (git restore launch.py) and add --skip-torch-cuda-test to webui-user.bat instead.
