Best Cloud Setup for AUTOMATIC1111 (Runpod)

As Google Colab has restricted the use of AUTOMATIC1111 for both free and paid versions, I am considering moving to Runpod. Does anyone know the difference between the AUTOMATIC1111 version of Runpod and the one provided by camenduru? (https://github.com/camenduru/stable-diffusion-webui-runpod)
