Unable to install 1.7.0, setuptools error

I'm unable to install 1.7.0. I had no issue with running the previous version. The error is:

I'm just running ./webui.sh, nothing special. Running on latest Linux Mint and RX 6800XT. ROCM is installed and working.

It seems to be an Issue with the ROCm version requirements changing the Version solves the issue.
On my page there is a Fork for Version ROCm 5.7 you may check it out and see if that works.
