Missing preprocess images tab in training #14377

Hey, not sure if it is a bug thats why I wanted to ask here. When I click to the training tab, there is no preprocess images tab. |

On the announcement for v1.7.0:
#14322
it says "remove Train->Preprocessing tab and put all its functionality into Extras tab". Just checked on my copy and I'm seeing stuff like "Caption" and "Create flipped copies" in the Extras tab.
