get stucked sometimes ,however it works after click the cmd window

in the windows 10 ,
i mean it works well mostly , seems no problem with it .
however , get stucked sometimes , just like it is dead ,no info output in the cmd window ,also cannot operate in the browser,no matter how long wait for it .
it will continue work after switch to the cmd window and type enter button. i mean it will output the Progress bar in the cmd window .
