I need a help (arrow button does not work)

Hi, i am new to stable diffusion.
I am mac user and my version is 1.6.1.
I have an issue with the arrow button under the Enqueue.
When i click the arrow button, positive and negative prompts are distributed well.
However, these kinds of example does not apply into the model.
When I look at the youtube video, these kinds of options are applied well when he clicks the arrow button.

ex)Steps: 30, Sampler: Euler a, CFG scale: 7, Seed: 3572783120, Size:
512x512, Model hash: bfe7fddceb, Model: 2D_blueboys2D_v20,
Denoising strength: 0.27, Clip skip: 2, RNG: CPU, Hires upscale:

Does anyone know how to figute out this problem...?
