Web UI coleses after running.

I've tried to install stable diffusion but when I get to the part where I'm suposed to run the webui-user.bat file it closes instantly if I run it as administrator and if I run it regulary it says it wasn't able to launch python and gave me an exit code (3). Have any of you encountered this issue before?
