Progress API for multiple submission

Hi there!
I'm new to this and experimenting here and there, I was wondering if there are any ways to get progress per submission.
Like if I submit at the same time on a two different browsers using the localhost, the 2nd submission get in the queue but with progress API, it just get the 1st progress of anyone and I'm not sure how I can achieve the same thing...

Are there any way to set the user id to job_no in that API?
