Mac M1 Dreambooth getting "Exception training model: 'Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled'."

i kept getting this error message when trying to train the model using Dreambooth.
It seems to be using Pytourch MPS backend is the solution -- which as a beginner I have totally no idea what is this about...
How can i fix this?
