how to fix this hires? the results is weird

i jusr used same options and that was quite doing well with above options.
but today, the image is changed so weird with, i exactly need above options for my illustration but only that sucks of option not work
anybody help?

increase your hires step count or set it to 0 to use same as first pass

For any upscaling situation set minimum amount of hires steps to at least half of base steps you use, so if you have 20 base steps, set hires to at least 10.
For upscalers like 4x ultrasharp as well as any of the ESRGAN line, the denoise strength factor should be below 0.5, the baseline 0.7 is good for latent space upscale only.
Additionaly, the higher the resolution (or the upscale multiplier) the more hires steps I recommend you use.
