I can't install, gives strange error mesagges.

As I said in the title. I ran the webui.sh in KDE Neon latest and these are the error(s):

My understanding is Python versions newer than 3.10.6 do not support torch.

I have the same issue and I am using python 3.10.6 and it still does not work
