Apply upscaler name to output file name?

version: [v1.6.0]
I would like to give the output file name the name of an upscaler such as ESRGAN_4x, but I couldn't find it in the Directory name pattern wiki or on the net.Is there a solution?
I have output with [datetime],[model_name],[sampler] and also generated [grid img].
High resolution samplers were output in X/Y/Z plots for comparison.
This is inconvenient when checking on an image viewer or explorer.
