Iis there a possibility to add settings from extensions to the info saved on the png?

I would like to know if there is a way to save extra information to the png.

I have for example the Adetailer extension, I would like to add those settings to the png, so that when I need that exact settings from the generated image, I can put them back when with png info tab and then to txt2img or img2img.
controlnet already does that with a setting you have to turn on, but is there a way to do that with other extensions too?

Hope you guys know an answer?
