What im doing wrong

Ok i just downloaded de SD web ui and dreamshaper checkpoint and i getting a very random behavior on image generation, sometimes i generate image in 20 seconds but if i ichanfe a single word in prompt it go crazy 10 min, its expected?

I dont change anything in matter of optimization or other things, i fell kinda lost where i can get information about it, witch sampling method to use or image size or samplings

any help? Tks
