Unable to run the stable diffusion

I an getting [RuntimeError:]Torch is not able to use GPU; add --skip-torch-cuda-test to COMMANDLINE_ARGS variable to disable this check Press any key to continue . .
I tried everything adding set COMMANDLINE_ARGS=--skip-torch-cuda-test --xformers --reinstall-xformers --disable-nan-check --no-half-vae everywhere but didn't worked

Same thing was working 4 day before but I don't know what happened it's not working now and giving me same error
