Batch to Auto focus and center on face crop to face and upscale

I'm surprised i dont see this in extras tab, this seems fairly common and usefull for creating headshots from a batch of photos.
it seems like it should be in the extras tab i see auto focal point, but focus on what, and i see auto crop but not auto crop to centered face... what am i missing without giving me the banter, just a simple extention to add? a link with a guide, or a feature to check in settings... please let me know..
